Apartment Tedo is an ideal holiday accommodation for friends and families with up to four children who wish a comfortable and well-equipped holiday home.

Tedo-1, Tedo-2 and Tedo-3 are non-smoking houses.

Our village is a secure and calm place for your holiday. You can enjoy the beautiful nature, swim in clean and safe water, and you are in a good central location for traveling around to the many interesting places in the surrounding area.

From both the terrace and the balcony there is a wonderful view of the sea, the small islands and the Peljesac Peninsula.

The Houses

We have four semi-detached houses of 60 m2 each. They share a garden and two rear terraces, each with a big barbecue. Each house has a roofed terrace at the front door and a balcony in front of the master bedroom.

At the lower floor, there is a living room and an open kitchen that is well-equipped to standards we have for our own apartments in Denmark. The upper floor has two bedrooms with air conditioning and a bathroom with a washing machine. The master bedroom has a door to a balcony with a view of the sea and the family bedroom has a door to the terrace and the garden.
There is free wireless internet access from all houses.

Garden

Behind the house, there is a shared garden and a terrace with a barbecue. There are two more terraces with mandarin-, orange- and lemon trees. The upper terrace also has a big barbecue.

Each house has a garden table with six chairs and extra chairs at the balcony and in front of the house.

We have a family of tortoises running around. They love to be feed with green salad and tomatoes. They are not always easy to find because they mostly sit still and are well camouflaged, but if they are thirsty or hungry, and you bring them water or some of their favorite food, they can move with a surprising speed.

Living Room and Kitchen

Downstairs there is a living room with a sofa for two persons, a coffee table and a dining table with six chairs.There is a wall mounted 20" TV with satellite receiver (Astra 1) that will receive BBC World, Sky Channel CNN, Euro Sport and a large number of channels in German, Italian and French. There is also reception of many radio channels.

In the cupboard, there is a DVD player, some movies (mainly for children), novels, maps and our book with advice and directions about how you can get the best out of your stay. There are also printsouts of all the sightseeing advice you may find here on the page Sightseeing.

The kitchen is in open connection with the living room.

There is tableware for six, two-ring cooker top, small fridge, electric kettle, microwave Owen, coffee machine - and whatever else you may need - including some good knives.

The kitchens are all equipped with the utensils, we require personality when we stay in Komarna and to a measure that we wish for in our homes in Denmark.

Front Entrance

The main door in the living room is the exit to the front terrace, and parking. From the entrance door and the front terrace there is a view over the bay to the Peljesac Peninsular. There are two chairs here and a small coffee table. It is a great place to sit if you want to follow the life in the village and want to be in the shadow of the sun. The shadow is provided by a big tree and a sun-screen.
There is a gate that can be closed so that small children can be safe for running into the street. There is not much traffic, but the occasional car may pass by.

 The Bedrooms and Bathroom

The master bedroom on the upper floor has bed side tables, closet, clock radio, air conditioning and exit to the balcony, overlooking the sea. There are two good chairs and a coffee table on the balcony and it is a great place to have a drink when the sun sets in the west.

In the master bedroom, there is a double bed with two mattresses, and it is possible to have a third bed or a baby bed on request. 

In House #4 the bedrooms are reversed, which may be an advantage for a family with 3.4 children. So the big bedroom is for children and the small bedroom has the double bed.

The bathroom is on the first floor, and they are nicely renovated. They are comfortable and have a shower cabin, hair dryer and a small washing machine that is easy to operate.
The bathroom is between the two bedrooms and with entrance from the stair's landing.

 





The family bedroom has a bunk bed (full-size mattresses), table, closet, air conditioning and a sofa that may be converted into two full-size beds. There is a door to the garden from this bedroom.
Both the sofa and the bunk beds are full size and comfortable for adults.
In the house #4 this room has a double bed and the sofa and bunk bed is in the big bedroom.

Rental prices and availability 2010

All utilities, final cleaning, tourist tax and all linen and towels are included in the rental price.

Bookings in July and August must start on a Saturday or a Sunday

Insurance

When you stay in Apartment Tedo all persons are covered by our insurance in Euroherc number 220003996.

• Personal liability - 12.000 Kuna
• Liability for damages - 80.000 Kuna
• Death - 40.000 Kuna
• Invalidity - 80.000 Kuna

We strongly recommend that you also take out a personal health and cancellation insurance for your holidays.
