Apartment Tedo Payment Methods

Guests who rent with Tedo d.o.o. from Croatia must pay for their reservations directly to Privredna Banka Zagreb.

If you rent apartments through Komarna Rejser Travel Agency in Denmark you may pay to:

• Arbejdernes Landsbank, Copenhagen (EURO or DKK)
• Or pay with a credit card through the credit card handler of all Danish banks.

Details of the account numbers and procedures will be given by mail when you ask for a reservation.

Information to be given with the reservation and payment:

• Ordering customer: First Name, Last Name,
• Complete address
• Number of guests
• Arrival and Departure dates

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Full payment can be made at the time of reservation or in two installments as follows:

• Advance amount of 20% - to be paid at the confirmation of reservation.
• Balance, remaining 80% - to be paid 45 days prior to arrival date.

PAYMENT RECEIPT

Upon payment of the advance in the amount of 20% of the total you will receive confirmation of payment and information on the booked accommodation.

1. House keepers name, address and phone number
2. Driving directions to your rental
   
3. Paid for services, date of arrival and date of departure

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We recommend that you take travel insurance to cover your rental and travel expenses in case you have to cancel your holiday. Insurance to cover a whole family will only cost you about 90 Euros.

TOURIST TAX

Tourist tax is included in the rent for Apartment Tedo. For all other rentals the tax must be paid when you arrive in Komarna.

You have to pay Croatian Tourist tax by law (Apartment Tedo is excempt as we are a registered Croatian company).

The tax will amount to about 0.7 Euro per adult person / day, half for children over 12.
